Our goal is to make renewing and understanding your subscription as easy as possible. Below are some frequently asked questions.
WHAT IF I WANT MY TICKETS MAILED TO ME?
Check the "Ship Tickets" option on your invoice and the $25 shipping fee is included in your payment amount due.
Tickets will be shipped to the address of record only.
Someone must be available to accept delivery of your tickets.
You will receive a letter and/or email prior to the shipment of tickets indicating expected shipment and delivery dates.
What if I want to pick-up my tickets?
Check the "Hold Tickets at MSG" option on your invoice and the $25 shipping fee will be deducted from your payment amount due.
Only the Subscriber whose name appears on the enclosed invoice may obtain tickets from the Madison Square Garden Box Office. No one else may pick up your tickets. The invoice and 2 forms of identification are required (including picture I.D.) in order to pick up tickets.
You will receive a letter and/or email indicating when tickets are available for pick up.
If you do not check this box your tickets will be mailed to you.
HOW CAN I GET A SEAT UPGRADE OR RELOCATE MY SEAT?
If you wish to be considered for an upgrade or seat relocation of your current season subscription seats, please select "YES" in response to the appropriate question on your online invoice. Upgrade and seat relocation requests WILL NOT be processed without timely payment of your current subscription seats. Please note, subscribers are limited to holding 6 seats per person.
NOTE: Additional information regarding upgrades and seat relocation policies and procedures will be sent to you at a later date only if:
1) You select "YES" for the appropriate question on the online renewal invoice
2) Renewal payment in full or at least 1/8 the total amount due is received by JUNE 14, 2010
Your tenure as a Season Subscriber and seating availability will be considered in determining your eligibility for a seating upgrade.
What if I want to purchase additional seat(s)?
If you are interested in purchasing additional subscription seats, please select the number of additional seats you are interested in response to the appropriate question on your online renewal invoice.
Requests for additional seats WILL NOT be processed without timely payment of your current subscription seats. Please note that additional seats may not be near your current seats although every effort will be made to accommodate your request. Please note, subscribers are limited to holding 6 seats per person.
NOTE: Information regarding additional seat purchase opportunities will be sent to you at a later date only if:
1) You check the appropriate box on the enclosed renewal invoice and 2) Your renewal payment in full or at least 1/8 the total amount due is received by JUNE 14, 2010
Your tenure as a season subscriber and seating availability will be considered in determining your eligibility for additional seat assignments.
